Kehidupan
Para Orang Kudus / Lives of the Saints / Vitae Sanctorum / Vite dei Santi
(Bahagian 6 / Part 6 / Pars VI/ Parte 6)
Pembentukan iman Katolik menurut
dalam Yesus, Maria, Yusuf Pelayanan Kasih (Blessed and Saints and the Nine
Choirs of Angels).
Berikut adalah elemen utama yang
diperlukan untuk pembentukan iman Katolik:
1. Tradisi Apostolik: Iman
kuasa mengajar Gereja (Magisterium).
kudus” (Basil the Great, Letter 243, Liturgy of St. Basil, A.D 373) SantoBasilius Agung (329-379 A.D)
KGK 954 Tiga status Gereja. “Hingga
jelas Allah Tritunggal sendiri sebagaimana ada-Nya'” (LG 49).
The formation of the Catholic
faith according to tradition is centered on the Revelation of God transmitted
through Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition, and the Magisterium. Our Catholic
faith is seen as a gift of God through the Holy Spirit, transmitted through the
Sacraments, especially the Eucharist, catechesis, recollection, and the commitment
to live in God's love. According to the beliefs of our Catholic faith, I
believe that this way is a key element in forming our individual personalities.
This aims to address the problems of structure and commitment that we make
according to our way of life and ministry. I will explain here how we need to
use this teaching of the Catholic Church for the purpose of formation for all
candidates and also for those who are now in Jesus, Mary, Joseph Ministry of
Love (Blessed and Saints and the Nine Choirs of Angels).
Here are the main elements needed
for the formation of the Catholic faith:
1. Apostolic Tradition: The faith
is handed down from the apostles consisting of oral and written teachings from
the Bishops.
2. Sacraments and Liturgy: The
Seven Sacraments of the Catholic Church (especially Baptism and the Eucharist)
are the main means of grace.
3. Holy Scripture and Magisterium: The teachings of the Catholic Church are based on the Bible and
interpreted by the teaching authority of the Church (Magisterium).
4. Life in community and society:
Formation of faith through recollection, catechesis and the manifestation of
love and social justice.
What I provide here is not an
idea or invention from myself or any party that acknowledges that this element
comes from their teachings. Our Catholic faith emphasizes the unity of
teachings that have been inherited since the time of the Apostles and
established on the day of Pentecost. This means that what we have been taught
about the Catholic faith from the past until today is the teachings of Jesus
Christ himself.
Saint Basil the Great said: “By
the command of Your Only-begotten Son, we proclaim the memory of Your saints….
by their prayers and supplications, have mercy on us all, and deliver us for
the sake of Your holy name” (Basil the Great, Letter 243, Liturgy of St. Basil,A.D 373) Saint Basil the Great (329-379 A.D)
This is the Liturgy of SaintBasil the Great (or Divine Liturgy of Saint Basil the Great) is one of the
forms of celebration of the Eucharist (Holy Mass) used in the Eastern Christian
tradition, including the Eastern Catholic Church (such as Byzantine Catholicism). This teaching that has been handed down to us can help us better
understand how we should pray to Jesus Christ. Let us read it again in this Catechism
of the Catholic Church:
II. THE COMMUNION OF THE CHURCH OF HEAVEN AND EARTH
954 The three states of the
Church. "When the Lord comes in glory, and all his angels with him, death
will be no more and all things will be subject to him. But at the present time
some of his disciples are pilgrims on earth. Others have died and are being
purified, while still others are in glory, contemplating 'in full light, God
himself triune and one, exactly as he is":490
All of us, however, in varying
degrees and in different ways share in the same charity towards God and our
neighbours, and we all sing the one hymn of glory to our God. All, indeed, who
are of Christ and who have his Spirit form one Church and in Christ cleave
together.491
955 "So it is that the union
of the wayfarers with the brethren who sleep in the peace of Christ is in no
way interrupted, but on the contrary, according to the constant faith of the
Church, this union is reinforced by an exchange of spiritual goods."492
956 The intercession of the saints. "Being more closely united to Christ, those who dwell in heaven fix the whole Church more firmly in holiness.... They do not cease to intercede with the Father for us, as they proffer the merits which they acquired on earth through the one mediator between God and men, Christ Jesus.... So by their fraternal concern is our weakness greatly helped."493 Do not weep, for I shall be more useful to you after my death and I shall help you then more effectively than during my life. 494 I want to spend my heaven in doing good on earth. 495
This liturgy is actually
associated with Saint Basil the Great who was a Bishop of Caesarea in
Cappadocia. He is also known as one of the Church Fathers who formulated the
theology of the Holy Spirit and the Trinity. From examples of special prayers
in the Liturgy like this and also the main elements that I have explained
earlier, we can live our lives in good condition even though we experience
falls and rises to continue our respective life journeys. Make Jesus our
spiritual source. Follow the teachings that have been passed down to us. Look
at our Saints who have shown that only in the name of Jesus Christ, we will
find a new way of life through His One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.
Formatio fidei Catholicae
secundum traditionem in Revelatione Dei per Sacram Scripturam, Sacram
Traditionem et Magisterium transmissa versatur. Fides nostra Catholica videtur
donum Dei per Spiritum Sanctum, transmissum per Sacramenta, praesertim
Eucharistiam, catechesim, exercitia spiritualia, et studium vivendi in amore
Dei. Secundum opiniones fidei nostrae Catholicae, credo hanc viam elementum
ministerii nostri suscipimus, tractare. Hic explicabo quomodo hac doctrina
2. Sacramenta et Liturgia: Septem
Sacramenta Ecclesiae Catholicae (praesertim Baptismus et Eucharistia) sunt
media gratiae principalia.
3. Sacra Scriptura et
Magisterium: Doctrinae Ecclesiae Catholicae in Biblia fundantur et a magisterio
Ecclesiae (Magisterio) interpretantur.
doctrinis venire. Fides nostra Catholica unitatem doctrinarum quae a tempore
Sanctus Basilius Magnus dixit:
“Iussione Filii tui Unigeniti, memoriam sanctorum tuorum praedicamus… per
preces et supplicationes eorum, miserere nostri omnium, et libera nos propter
nomen tuum sanctum” (Basilius Magnus, Epistula 243, Liturgia Sancti Basilii,A.D 373) Sanctus Basilius Magnus (329-379 A.D)
Haec est Liturgia Sancti BasiliiMagni (vel Divina Liturgia Sancti Basilii Magni) est una ex formis
celebrationis Eucharistiae (Sanctae Missae) in traditione Christiana Orientali,
inter quas Ecclesia Catholica Orientalis (velut Catholicismus Byzantinus)
adhibita.
quomodo Iesum Christum orare debeamus. Iterum legamus eam in hoc Catechismo
Ecclesiae Catholicae:
II. COMMUNIO ECCLESIAE COELI ET
TERRENAE
Secondo i principi
nostro ministero.
1. Tradizione Apostolica: La fede
viene tramandata dagli apostoli e consiste negli insegnamenti orali e scritti
dei Vescovi.
2. Sacramenti e Liturgia: I sette
aiutarci a comprendere meglio come dovremmo pregare Gesù Cristo. Rileggiamolo
in questo Catechismo della Chiesa Cattolica:
II. LA COMUNIONE DELLA CHIESA DEL
CIELO E DELLA TERRA
(N. 954, 955 e 956)
