Fátima Prayers

In 1916, an “Angel of Peace,” who was the guardian angel of Portugal, appeared to three Portuguese shepherd children in Fátima on three occasions, teaching the children two prayers. In 1917, the Blessed Mother, under the title, “Our Lady of the Rosary,” appeared to those same children six times, revealing three secrets and calling them and the world to prayer and penance to make reparation for the sins committed against the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and for the conversion of sinners. The prayers are as follows:

Pada tahun 1916, "Malaikat Damai", yang merupakan malaikat pelindung Portugal, menampakkan diri kepada tiga anak gembala Portugis di Fátima sebanyak tiga kali, mengajarkan dua doa kepada mereka. Anno MCMXVII, Beata Mater, sub titulo “Domina Nostra Rosarii,” sexies eisdem pueris apparuit, tria secreta revelans et eos mundumque ad orationem et paenitentiam vocans, ut peccata contra Sacrum Cor Iesu et Immaculatum Cor Mariae commissa repararentur, et pro conversione peccatorum. Preces hae sunt:

Nel 1916, un “Angelo della Pace”, angelo custode del Portogallo, apparve in tre occasioni a tre pastorelli portoghesi a Fátima, insegnando loro due preghiere. Nel 1917, la Beata Madre, sotto il titolo di “Nostra Signora del Rosario”, apparve a quegli stessi bambini sei volte, rivelando tre segreti e chiamando loro e il mondo alla preghiera e alla penitenza per riparare i peccati commessi contro il Sacro Cuore di Gesù e il Cuore Immacolato di Maria, e per la conversione dei peccatori. My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee!
I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love Thee.

A Prayer of Reparation
Taught by the Angel during the third apparition

Most Holy Trinity—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—I adore Thee profoundly.
I offer Thee the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges, and indifferences whereby He is offended.
And through the infinite merits of His Most Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee the conversion of poor sinners.

Pray three times in a row.

A Prayer of Adoration
Received by an interior impulse by the children during the first apparition of Our Lady

Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

Offering of Personal Sacrifices

Sacrifice yourselves for sinners, and say often to Jesus, especially whenever you make a sacrifice: 

O Jesus, it is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Rosary Prayer
Taught by Our Lady during the third apparition

When you pray the Rosary, say after each mystery:

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are most in need of Your mercy.
